Contributed to significant and notable structuring of distressed company mergers and acquisitions, high-value banking transactions, and cases involving the acquisition of assets under special circumstances (distressed assets). Was part of a judicial administration team and prior to joining LDCM, served as an associate at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch, and Barreto Advogados.
