Pâmela has experience and a multidisciplinary practice in highly complex Dispute Resolution matters, both at the pre-judicial stage and in judicial and arbitral proceedings.


She has continuous and specialized practice in Corporate Law, with emphasis on Restructuring and Insolvency, primarily advising creditors, hedge funds, purchasers, investors, and managers, both domestic and foreign.


She has participated in significant Mergers and Acquisitions transactions involving financially distressed companies, high-value banking transactions, acquisitions of special situation assets (distressed assets), and Debt Restructuring operations.


She holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the State University of Maringá (UEM).


Before joining LDCM, she was part of a Judicial Administration team and was an associate at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch e Barreto Advogados. She is a full member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
