Represented one of the leading multinational companies in the hospitality sector in several actions in Brazil seeking the termination of international timeshare contracts, involving a potential risk of hundreds of millions of reais.

Represented a multinational company acting in the supply and assembly of electromechanical equipment in an arbitration involving allegations of hidden defects in the construction of a hydroelectric power plant.

Represented a partner in an arbitration discussing a breach of guarantees and non-compete after the sale of the business.

Represented a factoring company in the enforcement of an extrajudicially enforceable instrument against the university and its administrators.

Represented a real estate company in a pre-arbitration injunction, for the deposit, in court, of amounts due under the securitization and issuance of CRI – Certificate of Real Estate Receivables, and in a subsequent arbitration.

Represented an e-sports company in a pre-arbitration injunction to seek the performance of non-competition obligations signed after the termination of the commercial partnership and subsequent arbitration.
