Monalisa has 12 years of experience in strategic Civil Litigation and Arbitration, focusing on Dispute Resolution involving Business Law, Consumer Law, Civil Liability, and Contracts.










She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and in International Law from CEDIN, and a Law degree from Universidade Cândido Mendes.

She is a member of the International Law Committee of OAB/RJ and attended the Summer Course on Private International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.

Before joining LDCM, she worked for nine years at TozziniFreire Advogados in the Dispute Resolution practice.
