Marcela Tarré Bernini
With extensive experience in international arbitration, Marcela was the first associate to Matthieu de Boisséson in Boisséson Arbitration. She also served as Deputy Counsel of the Swiss-Italian team for the ICC International Court of Arbitration, in Paris, and worked (foreign intern) at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Lovells LLP (Hogan Lovells). Marcela advised different clients in numerous M&As and in corporate and contractual disputes, having worked at Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados and Motta Fernandes Rocha Advogados. She holds a Master’s degree (DEA – Master Recherche) by Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (Paris).
Enrolled at the Brazilian Bar (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção do Estado do Rio de Janeiro). Admitted to the Paris (France) Bar (École du Barreau).
